With over a decade of experience in the UAE, Muhammad Arslan Malik is a seasoned real estate professional and the visionary founder of We Care Properties, a Dubai-based brokerage committed to delivering personalized, transparent, and results-driven property solutions.
Arslan began his career in 2013 as a corporate banker with ADIB and Noor Bank, before transitioning into real estate with leading developers like Damac Properties and Deyaar Development. At Deyaar, he was recognized as a Top Sales Performer in 2020, closing deals with over 500 clients and managing relationships across a network of 5,000+ brokers.
In 2022, he launched We Care Properties with a mission to offer clients a more tailored and trust-based approach to real estate. Today, the firm specializes in residential and off-plan investments, rentals, and portfolio management — with Arslan personally overseeing 230+ properties for international investors, providing complete, hands-free solutions.
Known for his strong network across Dubai’s banking, legal, and government sectors, Arslan also supports overseas clients in setting up UAE businesses, securing Golden Visas, and navigating local regulations with ease.
He is also the voice behind “Malik Pro Talks”, where he shares valuable market insights, project launches, and regulatory updates on YouTube and Instagram — making Dubai real estate more accessible for buyers and investors around the world.
